WILLIAM L. FLEISHER, C.F.E., retired Assistant Special Agent in

Charge (ASAC) of the U.S. Customs Office of Investigations in

Philadelphia eleven years and joined the firm as Secretary-

Treasurer. Bill expanded the professional services of KIN, and

brought with him a large network of former federal investigators

with senior level management experience enhancing the abilities of

KIN to conduct higher level investigations on a global scale. He

is one of the founders and serves as Commissioner of the Vidocq

Society, and is featured in the best selling book, the

"Murder Room."

NATHAN J. GORDON, resident, co-founded ASIT in 1980. The major

thrust of the Academy was polygraph training. Many innovations

were created: Forensic Assessment Interview. Integrated

Interrogation Technique, Integrated Zone Comparison Polygraph

Technique, Horizontal Scoring System for Data Analysis.

Academy’s Algorithm for Objective Data Analysis Nate founded KIN

in 1988, and at that time focused on retail security and

investigative services.

BENJAMIN REDMOND, Executive Director, Provides oversight and

direction of the investigative services operation for a prominent

private investigation and polygraph firm in the Delaware Valley

region of Southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ben

maintains liaison and communication with federal, state, and local

law enforcement agencies within the region regarding investigative

and training matters. He is the former Regional Director, IRS

Inspections, former Inspector General of the City of Philadelphia,

former Vice President of the National Association of Inspector

Generals, and has served as President of the Southeastern

Pennsylvania- New Jersey - Delaware Chief's of Police Association.

PHILIP BROWN, Chief Investigator, is a former supervisor with the

F.B.I., and former Chief of Detectives of the Camden County New

Jersey Prosecutor's Office.

JOSEPH DOWNS, International Investigator, is a retired Special

Agent of the F.B.I. He specialized in white collar crime and

international investigations.
