Senior Investigator, August 2002 to Present
- Implement
and supervise investigative services for a prominent private investigation
and polygraph firm in the Delaware Valley region of Southeastern Pennsylvania,
and New Jersey.
- Maintain
liaison with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.
- Assist
with development of innovative investigative techniques for the legal
and corporate communities.
HOMELAND
SECURITY CORPORATION (HSC), TRANSPORTATION SECURITY AGENCY (TSA)
Coordinator, January 2004 to Present
- Philadelphia
area coordinator for the HSC, TSA regarding semi-annual firearms re-
qualification for Federal Flight Deck Officers Program.
FEDERAL
BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION
Supervisory Special Agent, 1968 to 1991
- Investigated
and successfully prosecuted a large number of defendants for violations
of Federal law to include bank robbery, white collar crime, extortion
and kidnapping, Hobbs Act violations, interstate theft, organized crime
and many other categories of criminal acts.
- Worked
undercover conducting surveillance assignments using still and CCTV
equipment.
- Supervised
strategic surveillance and covert operation squad.
CAMDEN
COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE
Deputy Chief of Detectives, 1991 to 1992
Chief of Detectives, 1992 to 1996
- Personally
supervised the Camden County Narcotics Task Force, consisting of twenty
investigators and ten police officers from various County jurisdictions.
- Under
my supervision, Task Force was responsible for more than 1,000 drug
arrests, which included several high level drug Kingpins.
- Developed
innovative new programs for the Prosecutor=s Office, to include informant
registration and handling, firearms standardization, radio encryption
system, driver training, applicant panel interview selection, performance
evaluations.
- Maintained
liaison with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.
- Developed
and instituted a Countywide AHigh Risk Entry Team.
- Enacted
a joint Homicide ACold Case squad with the FBI.
EASTERN
SALES/ARMOR HOLDINGS CORPORATON
Factory Sales Consultant, 2001 to 2002
- Sales
consultant responsible for the territory extending from New York City
to Washington, D.C.
- Interacted
daily with principle law enforcement and corrections officials, assisting
