EXPERIENCE

KEYSTONE INTELLIGENCE NETWORK, INC.
Investigator, April 2003 to Present

• Conduct complex investigation for a prominent private investigation firm in the Delaware Valley region of Southeastern Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
• Maintain liaison with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies.

FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION
Special Agent, 1978 to 2002

• Successfully obtained numerous FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) court orders to covertly enter residences and other places for the purpose of executing search and seizure warrants and implant surreptitious listening devices.
• Acting and primary Relief Supervisor in the FBI's largest field office, New York City.
• Case agent in many investigations relating to National Security matters.

PHILADELPHIA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Sergeant, 1964 to 1978

• Patrol Sergeant responsible for supervising a line squad of Police Officers.
• Member of the elite Highway Patrol for seven years, specializing in law enforcement in high crime areas of Philadelphia.
• Assigned as a Detective with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office under two elected District Attorneys.
• Developed and instituted a Countywide A High Risk Entry Team.
• Enacted a joint Homicide A Cold Case squad with the FBI.
