NATHAN J GORDON
President and Founder Nathan J. Gordon is President and founder of Keystone Intelligence Network, Inc., and Director of the Academy for Scientific Investigative Training. Mr. Gordon is an internationally recognized expert in the fields of Forensic Psychophysiology and Forensic Assessment Interviewing and Interrogations. He has lectured and conducted seminars on these subjects to thousands of law enforcement, intelligence and private security officers throughout the United States, Africa, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia. He has conducted lectures for such prestigious groups as the Central Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Hong Kong Police Academy, Singapore Government, the Secret Service and staff at Camp David. As a leader in the field of Forensic Psychophysiology, Mr. Gordon was the principle developer of the; Integrated Zone Comparison Technique, Polygraph Verification Test, Horizontal Scoring System (ASIT's Algorithm for Manual Scoring), ASIT PolySuite Computerized Algorithm for Data Analysis, the Forensic Assessment Interview Technique and the Integrated Interrogation Technique. Mr. Gordon is co-author of the texts "Effective Interviewing and Interrogation Techniques," "Essentials of Polygraph and Polygraph Testing," and "The Pre-test Interview- the Foundation of Polygraph." Mr. Gordon is President of the International Society of Polygraph Examiners, former President of the American Polygraph Association, former President of the Pennsylvania Polygraph Examiners’ Association, and a Director of the Vidocq Society, a cold case pro-bono homicide organization. In 2007 he was awarded the Vidocq Medal of Honor for assisting in the confession which led to the resolution of the 14-year-old cold case of the Terri Brooks homicide. Mr. Gordon has a Master’s Degree in Criminology, a Baccalaureate Degree in Psychology and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He is also a member of the American Society of Industrial Security, ASTM International, the American Association of Police Polygraphists, Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers, and the American Academy of Forensic Sciences. |
WILLIAM L. FLEISHER, C.F.E.
Director In 1996 Mr. Fleisher joined Keystone Intelligence after 28 years of federal service. At retirement, Mr. Fleisher was the Deputy Special Agent in Charge of the U.S. Customs Office of Investigations in Philadelphia. Additionally, Mr. Fleisher is a former Special Agent with the FBI and Corporal with the Philadelphia Police Department. During his distinguished career as federal agent, Mr. Fleisher was responsible for numerous developments and undertakings in his fields of expertise of behavior analysis, fraud, international fraud and organized crime investigations. Mr. Fleisher developed and implemented a national training program in Behavioral Science Analysis and presented it to over 3,500 Customs Inspectors. As a result of its success, Mr. Fleisher subsequently provided that training on a regular basis to Customs agents at the U.S. Customs Service Academy in Glynco, Georgia. For developing the vital program Mr. Fleisher received the U.S. Customs Distinguished Service Medal and Award. Mr. Fleisher has prepared testimony for congressional hearings and has personally liaised with Congress regarding Customs fraud and international fraud matters. Mr. Fleisher, as the U.S. Customs liaison, accompanied Congressional staff delegations on foreign trade inquiry missions to Japan and Korea. Additional international assignments had included; Thailand, Great Britain, Bermuda, Canada and numerous Caribbean Islands. As an expert in organized crime, Mr. Fleisher served as the U.S. Customs representative to the Organized Crime & Racketeering Strike Force of Philadelphia. His criminal investigations on organized crime and other matters lauded him six personal letters of accommodations from the Director of the FBI. Since arriving at Keystone Intelligence in 1996, Mr. Fleisher has expanded the professional services of Keystone and brought with him a large network of former federal investigators with senior level management experience enhancing the abilities of the firm to conduct higher level investigations on a global scale. In addition to the oversight of Keystone’s investigations, Mr. Fleisher is now the principal instructor on polygraph and interviewing techniques for the Academy of Scientific Investigative Training. Mr. Fleisher has expanded his dossier by becoming a leading expert in the field of forensic psychophysiology and a certified instructor in polygraph techniques. Mr. Fleisher has been featured in numerous periodical and media outlets to include; CBS 48 Hours, People Magazine, Discovery Channels The New Detectives, NBCs’ Now, Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Daily News and numerous others. Mr. Fleisher is Founder and Commissioner of the Vidocq Society and is featured in the bestselling book "The Murder Room." by Michael Capuzzo. Mr. Fleisher is co-author of "Effective Interviewing and Interrogation Techniques" now in its third edition. Mr. Fleisher has a Baccalaureate Degree in Sociology from Temple University. |
BENJAMIN J. REDMOND
Executive Director Mr. Redmond, a Regional Director for the Internal Revenue Inspection Service, retired from federal service in 1990 after 25 years. Upon leaving the federal government, Mr. Redmond served as the Inspector General for the City of Philadelphia for nine years. As Executive Director, Mr. Redmond provides oversight and direction of the investigative operations and liaison’s with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies within the region regarding investigative and training matters. Mr. Redmond is a former Vice President of the National Association of Inspector Generals, and is a former President of the Southeastern Pennsylvania- New Jersey - Delaware Chiefs of Police Association and currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Vidocq Society, a cold case forensic investigative organization based in Philadelphia. |

DARRELL G. O. O'CONNOR
Director of Special Operations
Mr. O'Connor has over 45 years of government and private investigative experience. He began his career as a Special Investigator, Office of the Special Prosecutor, State of New York, and has served as an investigator for such prestigious organizations as the Bureau of Alcohol, Firearms and Explosives, the Transportation Security Agency, Office of the Inspector General, and served as Senior Safety and Security Advisor to the U. S. House of Representatives.

TUVIA SHURANY
International Director of Operations and Training Central and South America Mr. Shurany joined Keystone Intelligence Network Inc. and The Academy of Scientific Investigative Training (ASIT) in 2008 and is currently the International Director of Operations and Training for Central and South America. Prior to joining Keystone Intelligence and ASIT, Mr. Shurany began his polygraph career in 1988 working for the Israel government. In 1995 he was promoted to a branch supervisor of a polygraph unit and in 1999 promoted to the Head of the Israeli Government’s Polygraph Department. During his distinguished career, Mr. Shurany was responsible for the quality and control of over 75,000 polygraph examinations, directly supervised more than 25,000 examinations and has himself conducted over 12,000 polygraphs. He is currently the Founder and Director of the largest polygraph firm in Costa Rica and former Director of the International Polygraph Training Center. Mr. Shurany has conducted training, lectures and seminars for ASIT in the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, Poland, Panama, Singapore and Canada. Mr. Shurany obtained his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Bar-Ilan University, Israel, and is a Board of Director of the International Society for Polygraph Examiners (ISOPE. He also is a member of, the American Polygraph Association and the Israeli Polygraph Examiners Association. Mr. Shurany has conducted numerous lectures for the American Polygraph Association (APA) to include; The History of the Polygraph, Defective Comparison Questions, Running Examinations with Interpreters and Running Multiple Issue Tests. Mr. Shurany is also the recipient of the prestigious “David L. Motsinger Award” from the American Polygraph Association. Mr. Shurany has authored the text “Evaluation of Polygraph Charts: Formats, Criteria and Scoring,” coauthored "The Pre-test Interview; the Basis for Polygraph," and numerous research articles in the European Journal. |

DENNIS G. RAIBLE, CPA, MBA
Forensic Auditor
Mr. Raible has assisted in numerous engagements for Keystone Intelligence Network since 2007. He has participated in forensic and investigative engagements involving financial statements, books and records, and tax returns in marital and business disputes as well as issues before IRS. He has successfully guided and assisted our clients through IRS’s Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (financial accounts outside the U.S.) and in preparing and responding to challenges by tax authorities.
Mr. Raible was employed for 33 years at IRS as a Internal Revenue Agent. His primary task as a Revenue Agent was examining federal tax returns filed by multinational public corporations, large partnerships and mid-size businesses. Mr. Raible has also examined high net worth individuals. He often assisted IRS’s Chief Counsel Attorneys and Appeals Officers with the resolution of tax disputes. Additionally he assisted the Criminal Investigation Division in federal tax fraud cases and worked with IRS industry specialists in the identification of federal tax issues related to tax shelters, casino gaming, the property & casualty insurance industry and abusive tax shelter promotions.
He has published tax-related articles in the Journal of Accountancy, Pennsylvania CPA Journal and The Journal of Financial Service Professionals. Mr. Raible is a Certified Public Accountant (New Jersey) and has an MBA from Drexel University.

GLORIA ALVARADO
Executive Office Manager (United States) Since 1997 Ms. Alvarado has coordinated the administrative functions for Keystone Intelligence Network and the Academy for Scientific Investigative Training. She also currently serves as the Treasurer for the International Society of Polygraph Examiners. In 2013, Ms. Alvarado was honored by the Vidocq Society for her invaluable service to the organization. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Alvarado was a managing supervisor for a major retail chain in Philadelphia. |
